Ms. Chelsea J. Stickney graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in English and a minor in Business Administration. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University’s satellite location in Tokyo, Japan.

As a Northern California native, Ms. Stickney returned to the Bay Area for law school. She received her Juris Doctorate with a Business Certificate from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2014. During law school, Ms. Stickney worked for the non-profit Oakland Community Benefit District preparing and reviewing real estate contracts and interned for the San Francisco Public Defender’s office. After law school, Ms. Stickney worked for the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office as an intern at the Family Justice Center where she gained extensive experience in the areas of domestic violence and child abuse.

Ms. Stickney became a family law attorney in 2015. She began her family law career in San Jose, California and later transferred to a family law firm as an Associate Attorney in Santa Rosa, California. She joined Carroll Law Office in 2022.

In her free time, Ms. Stickney enjoys taking her three children to the park and the pool, staying active, reading, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants, the San Francisco 49ers, and the Golden State Warriors.
